The tour desk at this hostel is amazing! They helped me book a dolphin swimming experience that was out of this world! It was like swimming with mermaids, definitely a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

The view was mind-blowing, with nothing but a road separating me from the jaw-dropping harbour. Despite being in my 60s, I connected with the lovely young people, and the free video library kept me entertained with four movies. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with a beautiful sunrise and waterfront restaurants right at my doorstep. The hostel was reasonably quiet, and the kitchen area was great. The balcony patio offered a fantastic view, and the paid parking right outside was only $5.50 a day. a delightful stay with a great atmosphere. Free wi-fi in public areas.

I recently stayed at Harbourside City Backpackers for a few nights and had a great experience. The location is perfect, right in the city centre and on the waterfront. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was basic but comfortable, with a nice bed and a clean shower/toilet. I also appreciated the kitchen area and the balcony patio with a good view. The book in the room with information about local attractions was a nice touch.

The hostel had a rooftop area with great views of the city and harbor. It was a good place to sit and relax. The hostel was also located in a central area, so it was easy to walk around and explore. the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Our stay was not very enjoyable due to the noisy environment. This was especially true on New Year’s Eve.

I had a great stay at this place! It was centrally located with amazing views of the waterfront. The staff were polite and approachable, providing valuable local tourist information. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the ensuite bathroom. The breakfast on the deck overlooking the quay was a delightful experience. a luxurious and comfortable hotel.

Situated right beside a noisy, energetic outdoor location, it's an ideal spot to experience the city's lively energy. The hotel’s location provides a scenic view of the sea, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of activities. The rooms are clean and comfortable with private bathrooms. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious.

The communal kitchen can be a bit crowded during peak hours, but it’s still functional.

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds and quiet nights at Harbourside City Backpackers. Although the kitchen and entertainment area were not up to our expectations, the convenience of the location and the friendly staff made up for it. we would recommend this hotel.

The hostel had great shower facilities and friendly staff who were always happy to help with recommendations for activities and places to visit. the location was fantastic, within walking distance to bars, restaurants and local amenities. the hostel had a nice outdoor area to relax in.

The hostel lacked in cleanliness and management. the communal kitchen and entertainment room were unclean and not up to standard.
